Novelists

Founded by brothers Amael and Florestan Durand, Novelists have steadily expanded their sound since their early releases, bringing melodic passages and atmospheric moments together with intricate guitar arrangements and modern metalcore. Vocalist Camille Contreras joined in 2023, opening a new chapter that came into full focus on the 2025 album “CODA”. Released in September 2026, the single “Ravage” builds on that sound with fresh contrasts and a baroque-inspired cello.
